Over the years I have owned and used many different socket sets. However at times there is a need for a very long socket, this set negates that need to have many different sockets.
A go-through socket set is a handy tool that includes a ratchet handle, a range of socket sizes, and a driver. Its hollow sockets let long bolts or threaded rods pass right through, making it perfect for reaching tight spots and deep-set nuts.
I admit to being a Teng tools fan, and normally wouldn’t look at any other brands as a long term tool in my box, however this set from US Pro has earnt its way in! I am not saying that I would give anything the ‘full send’ and would always recommend breaking the bolt or nut first with a spanner.
With the adapters you can also use 1/4 or 3/8 standard sockets if required, however I have not used these yet.
