Speed limits.
Unless otherwise stated by appropriate signs, the following national speed limits apply:
Expressways 62 mph (100 km/h) – Motorcycles are not permitted on expressways
Highways 49 – 62 mph (80 – 100 km/h)
Cities 24 mph (40 km/h) – Motorcycles (cars 43 mph/70 km/h)
Urban roads 24 mph (40 km/h) – Motorcycles (cars 37 mph/60 km/h)
