Kawasaki UK has announced the recipient of its prestigious 2025 Dealer of the Year award, an accolade that takes into account customer satisfaction alongside a range of other performance criteria.
Kawasaki UK has announced Greenham Kawasaki as the recipient of its prestigious 2025 Dealer of the Year award in the United Kingdom, recognizing the dealership’s outstanding performance, exceptional customer service, and commitment to excellence.
The selection process takes into account a range of factors, like customer experience, market share success, and the ability to drive customer-focused initiatives. Kawasaki shared that the 2025 award was fiercely contested, with Kirkcaldy Kawasaki in Fife, Scotland, taking second place, and Alf’s Motorcycles in West Sussex rounding out the top three.
Kawasaki has announced the events riders can look forward to in 2026, including the Kawasaki Experience Tour, which will stop at dealers across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Greenham Kawasaki is already confirmed as one of the hosts, with its event set for 30 May.
Hiroshi Suzuki, General Manager at Kawasaki Motors UK, shared his thoughts on the 2025 Dealer of the Year competition, noting that the award considers factors like customer experience, market share growth, and the promotion of customer-focused activities. He extended his personal congratulations to Greenham Kawasaki, as well as Kirkcaldy Kawasaki and Alf’s Motorcycles, for their exceptional achievements in 2025.
