After reviewing the POV Pro, I decided to look at the cheapest end of the action camera spectrum and for less than a drink and meal at your local bike meet, what do you actually get?
With the included case, you can mount anywhere you can mount a standard GoPro or other action camera.
The recorded quality is as you would expect from an early camera mobile phone.
You wont find it being used on a movie set, but for a basic dash camera, it is more than adequate, but I highly doubt you will be using the videos on Facebook or YouTube!
I couldn’t work out how to change the date and time, or even remove them without post processing, and that’s not how we roll.
It is no match to the latest top of the range cameras, but it probably costs is less than the memory card you will be using in it! I am considering a test with this and POV Pro against a older GoPro Hero 3!
The camera its self is plastic, and if I am totally honest it feels like cheap plastic, the included mounts are pretty much the same quality. But at this price bracket what really can be expected? The included case (which you need for mounting and for it to be classed as ‘waterproof’) again feels cheap, but then again, it is cheap!
The camera comes with a few different mounts, however the quality of these leaves a lot to be desired. I have an UltimateAddons camera mount already fitted on the bike.
The camera is tiny! It is only just larger than the tip of my thumb!
There is no denying you could hide this camera almost anywhere.
Unlike most cameras now that require quick memory cards, this little thing seams happy to run any micro SD!

The ‘manual’ leaves a lot to be desired, I am not overly sure which setting (or colour LED) is which (whether I am recording a video or taking a picture)! As for changing the time and date, or even turning the time and date off, well that’s another thing I am yet to learn!
Overall:
If I am honest, it wont be going in my camera bag all the time, but is that because I have other options?
For the price, it works, but for me, I would spend a little more and get a camera that you would be happy to upload the videos from. And if all you are looking for is a dash or rear facing camera then it will do the job.
My advice would be to purchase a POV Pro or a second hand GoPro Hero 4 Session or GoPro Hero 3 from eBay or marketplace, both are available for about double the price of this camera and provide content worthy results.

Final thoughts:
I do feel like I have been a little unfair on this little camera by comparing it to the POV Pro, or older GoPro’s, which cost roughly two to three times the price.
For what it is, its a inexpensive (dare I say dispensable) camera.
