My bikes rarely spend time outside overnight, in fact this year I can think of three nights when they have been (and two of them was riding through the night). That said, there is the odd occasion when I will have to leave the bike over night, and that is when a cover is worth having regardless of the weather (for me the over night low temperature was 18 degrees centigrade and no rain at all).
Motorbike covers are not just to stop bad weather attacking your bike, it is a way of making it harder for a would be thief from stealing your bike or accessories attached.
One thing that I always look for on any cover are a decant sized ring to put a chain through. On this occasion I used the chain to the back of the bike and the covers own clips to clip the cover down to the front wheel (I also used a disc-lock on the front).
I loved the little pouch that came with the cover, however I am not overly good at origami, but I still managed to get it back in the pouch for when ever I have to leave a bike out over night again.
Overall a cracking cover and very well priced. I have used various other covers in the past (the last one blew away in heavy winds), and they are a much of a muchness, but this is the overall package. Lets see how it fairs over time.
