The North Cape (Norwegian: Nordkapp) is a prominent cape situated on the northern coast of Magerøya Island in Northern Norway.

Located within Nordkapp Municipality in Finnmark County, it marks the northern terminus of the European route E69 motorway, making it the northernmost point in Europe accessible by car and establishing the E69 as the continent’s northernmost public road.

Renowned as a popular tourist destination, the cape features a 307-metre-high (1,007 ft) cliff crowned by a broad, flat plateau. From this vantage point, visitors can, weather permitting, witness the midnight sun and enjoy sweeping views of the Barents Sea to the north.

The plateau is home to North Cape Hall, a visitor centre constructed in 1988, which houses a café, restaurant, post office, souvenir shop, small museum, and video cinema.
