The largest motorcycle training provider in the United Kingdom anticipates a substantial increase in interest in motorcycling in 2026.

Phoenix Motorcycle Training anticipates a significant resurgence in motorcycling across the UK this year, alongside unveiling its own strategic initiatives. As the UK’s largest and highest-rated training provider, under the ownership of Mark Jaffe, the company successfully guided 5,608 individuals through their Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) in 2025. Additionally, 1,680 participants achieved full motorcycle licence certification, while a further 501 riders enrolled in the organisation’s Advanced Rider Training programmes, underscoring its continued commitment to enhancing rider skills and safety.

Phoenix Motorcycle Training has just opened a new facility in Peterborough, with plans to launch another location soon. This latest addition brings their total number of training centres to 22. Conveniently situated only five miles from Peterborough’s city centre and close to local bus routes, the new venue serves not only Peterborough but also nearby areas including Fletton, Yaxley, Wansford, Werrington, Stamford, Sawtry, Corby, and Wisbech.

Jaffe, the owner and chief instructor at Phoenix Motorcycle Training, shared his thoughts on launching the new facility:“We are delighted to be opening the new training centre in Peterborough. This will enable us to introduce more people to life on two wheels, as well as give existing riders further training to make them even more skilled and safe on the roads. 2026 looks to be a great year for motorcycling!”
