RBLR 1000 routes

There are three main routes to ride which all start and finish at Squires Cafe Bar, B1222, Newthorpe, near Sherburn in Elmet, West Yorkshire, LS25 5LX.

The Northern and Southern routes each span just over 1,000 miles and can be undertaken in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Additionally, there is a shorter route of 500 miles, which can likewise be traveled in either direction. This configuration provides a total of six distinct route options from which to choose.

Northern Routes

The Northern route begins and ends at Squires Cafe Bar, located near Sherburn in Elmet, West Yorkshire. This versatile route can be undertaken in either a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction, guiding riders through a series of stunning landmarks, including the picturesque Loch Lomond, the legendary Loch Ness, and the historic Commando Memorial near Spean Bridge.

Southern Routes

The Southern route begins and concludes at Squires Cafe Bar, located near Sherburn in Elmet, West Yorkshire. Designed for cycling in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions, the route provides riders with the chance to explore the breathtaking Welsh coastline while encountering significant landmarks along the way, such as the renowned Stonehenge in Wiltshire.

500 Mile Routes

The 500-mile route commences and concludes at Squires Café Bar, located near Sherburn in Elmet, West Yorkshire. Designed to be undertaken in either a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction, the course offers riders the opportunity to experience the breath taking coastline of Cumbria, along with numerous other remarkable landmarks that showcase the beauty of England’s landscape.
